Eloz-100 is the itraconazole 100mg belonging to antifungal group that is used in treatment of fungal infections like dermatophte infection of fingernails and toenail, and is also used in oropharyngeal esophageal candidates.

Dose and Direction of Use
- Swallow the capsule withouta ny modification to the capsule.
- Take the medicine at directed time for directed time period.
Mode of Action
Itraconazole acts by inhibiting the fungal cytochrome P-450 dependent enzyme lanosterol 14-α-demethylase. When this enzyme is inhibited it blocks the conversion of lanosterol to ergosterol, which disrupts fungal cell membrane synthesis.

- Treat fungal infections in lungs
- Treat fungal infections in fingernails or toenails.
- Treat fungal infections in skin.
Contraindications
- CHF
- Hypersenstivity to any ingredients
Precautions and Warning
- Take the capsule as per the direction of physician.
- Consult about your health issues to doctor prior starting the medication.
- Do not start or stop taking medicine randdomly.
- Do not skip or doublr take your medication.
- If any hypersensitive reaction occurs, consult with doctor immediately.
