is covid vaccine is safe for pregnant women and for pregnant planning women?

COVISHIELD vaccine is contraindicated for Pregnant women. It might have tetatogenic effect to the child. Although COVISHIELD vaccination can be done to Postpartum/ Lactating women after delivery.
