i"ve been taking antacid since 1 year in guidance of doctor..and gradully lowering my dose.since 1 month I'm in 20 mg and i stop taking medicine from yesterday since then my stomach is burning makes me nausea,feels like tight chest and thoart skin??

I have got spotting on 14th days of my period, I still get the few drops of blood though it's 10th day. I don't have any pain or cramps just few drops of blood. Is it normal?
