I have missed my period for 19 days,I also tested with pregakit , once in 11th day of missing period and another 15th day of missing period but it's NEGATIVE.what is the reason behind missing period?

There are various causes for missing periods. pregnancy is only one of them. sometimes the pregnancy kit is too not reliable. you can do ultrasound of abdomen to confirm it.
