hello dr, i am 27 years old male. i am suffering from constipation and gastric since 30 days. i feel bloated every time and if i press my stomach it feels like i am pressing hard rock. i have'nt took any medcine as of now. what do you recommend?

You can take Pantoprazole tablet at empty stomach morning time for 10 days. Also take plenty of water, avoid spicy foods and dont lie down immediately after taking food. If not relieved visit to hospital after situation becomes normal.
