i just got a positive pregnancy test prior to my missed periods! Is there possibly any chances to get a negative test too? Athough I am pregnant?

didn't get what exactly you mean. Urine pregnancy test is not 100%, there may be false negatives. Repeat the test and use morning urine sample for testing. If you are not sure do USG of abdomen and pelvis to confirm.
