I got gynocomastia since I was 14-15 years old. I want to remove the tissue. Can you tell me about the techniques that are used in excavation of the breast tissue and the tools and mode of surgery. Also the duration of surgery, pre preparation and post preparation of surgery. I have done research on my part and have come to understand that we need to select the way of surgery very carefully so that not only the tissue is removed but also the look and shape of the chest becomes proper. And lastly, do we have to make a cut infront or can it be done on the side so that cut is not visible directly. thank you.
