3 month earlier TSH is 3.5, need to decrease TSH below 3 (for baby planning) so taking medicine as 25 mg (6/7) and 50 mg (1/7) but after 2 month TSH is increased to 5.14. Now since 15 days I am taking 37.5 mg but while checking today after 15 days TSH increased to 6.47. Should I continue 37.5 mg or need to change dose. Please suggest
