Namaskar Dr. ! I have been suffering through Lumbosacral spine pain since few months and have practising physiotherapy exercises but the pain is not being depleted and has shifted towards the legs. Please suggest me some kind of medication

I have got spotting on 14th days of my period, I still get the few drops of blood though it's 10th day. I don't have any pain or cramps just few drops of blood. Is it normal?
