17 male if male reproductive organs (ball) is swelling and it's paining what should we do or where should I go for treatment ??

How long since its swelling and painful? Do you have fever too. It may be the sign of epididymoorchitis. Please visit the urologist in nearby hospital and do accordingly. Thanks
