Left paramedian disc extrusion with mild caudal migration at L5-S1 level leading to compression of left S1 traversing nerve root. Mild narrowing of central spinal canal and right neural foramina and moderate narrowing foramina at the same level. 3. Screening of whole spine: Degenerative change in cervical and thoracic spine. Mild global disc bulge at C4-C5 and C5-C6 level with mild narrowing of central spinal canal at the same level.
