From some days I am feeling pain during bowel movement. not always but mostly I do have constipation. firstly I thought the pain is because of constipation but today I feel some wound like thing around my anus. is this piles or it can be any other disease.can you please explain?

It may be piles but need to examine to know exactly what it is. Please visit the hospital nearby and consult with doctor. Drink plenty of water and vegetables.
