been suffering from following symptoms since 4 days : - Suffering from a pain(burn) in gastrointestinal tract( side of heart) - tarry stool -nausea These symptoms occurs only when my stomach is empty. May you please give any suggestion.

Thanks for the question. The symptoms is suggestive of gastric ulcer or some other cause leading to bleeding in gastrointestinal tract. You may need the endoscopy to rule out the definite cause. Please visit the hospital nearby to have further consultation and workup.
