Namaste doctor. i have got problem of phimosis in my foreskin. And that acutally seen from my teen age. now i am 27 years old. and main problem is top of my penis is turning into white in color. skin is abit harder. what should i do next? how much cost for surgery? hope for the quick and better suggestion. thank you

Namaste, it seems that due to long standing phimosis you are now developing a condition called Balanitis Xerotica Obliterans/ Lichen Sclerosus. Better meet me and after examination we will decide further treatment . Most likely you will need removal of the foreskin called Circumcision. This is a simple operation which is done under local Anaesthesia, you dont need to be admitted in the hospital, you can go home after the surgery immediately. You can meet me @ B. P.
