I have a problem in my neck.my neck gets dry frequent and it feels like there is some blockage in my neck from last 4 days.what should I do??

there's a little cough while swallowing and feeling uneasyness while breathing

Is there any cough or feeling of itching or uneasyness? It may be due to allergy sometimes. Take hot water, avoid dust and cold. If not relieved consult with ENT doctors after situation becomes normal.
