I am suffering by dry throat but no cough little nose running. what is the solution please if there are any advice or medicine

Be inside home! Wash hands. Take plenty of hot fluids and water and rest. if any problem contact to nearby hospital.

not abroad but I work with tourist I went to pokhara region 18 to 21 March and till now I am at home this afternoon feeling fever not very bad

Do you have any travel history or fever? If not it may be simple viral flu. Take rest and plenty of fluids. Do warm water gargle. It may be relieved on its way after few days. If not okay or fever occurs please visit nearby hospital .
