Have you recorded the fever? you can use Syp Paracetamol 5ml 3 times a day for 2 days syp Ambrodil 5ml 3 times a day. for 3- 4 days if noisy breathing increases or difficulty in breathing or fast breathing you may consult a child specialist in an emergency
