नमस्कार विगत 12 दिन देखि म राती मा सुत्न सकेको नै छैन न त मलाई कुनै कुरा को टेन्सन छ न त तनाव नै लिगेको छु । यदि निदाउन लागे भने पनि खोइ के हुन्छ विऊजी हाल्छु । मलाई अरु केही भएको छैन ।यसको के उपाय हुन सक्छ । खाना पनि मिठो भएकै छ फेमिली मै छु बाहिरी कुनै कुरा को तनाव छैन ।
