Its quite uncommon to have heart problem at your age. But you need to decrease your weight as its high. Yeah it may be acid reflux too so for it drink plenty of water and avoid spicy foods and dont stay empty stomach. If the ache is not much serious now, you can wait few days more and have check ups at the hospital detail after the lock down is over. Thanks!
