Hello! First of all need to be sure if you are really having tennis elbow or not! Is is diagnosed by some doctor Aceclonefanac and Spazox are pain reliving medicines and it should not be taken for long time but can be taken for short time if the pain is serious. It only causes temporary relief. Levocarnitine is a medicine used to treat carnitine a type of enzyme deficiency. It don't have use in tennis elbow. Tennis elbow treatment included rest of the elbow; guided physiotherapy and rehabilitation. Need to consult for ortho doctor for further management.
