i m 30 years married girl(2years running), want to concieve but havent succeed yet .from last two month i was taking (Duoluton-L) to make mature egg and balance my hormonal disorder (as doctor suggest, for more see on my medical history) .i stopped taking this pill after 1 month ago n waiting to concive but rt.now neither i m pregnant nor i have period my mens date was 21april it almost 10 days crossing so whts gpoing on my body ,is my body forming cyst again .i cant go hospital due to lockdown so please advice me doctor ,,,, i shall be thankful Does Duoluton -L medicine balance the hormone n mature the egg(ova)?? what are the side effect of these medicine ? My history l m 30 years married girl(2years running), want to concieve but havent succeed yet so i went civil hospital on chaitra 2075 to check it.At that time i did all check up,nothing wrong on my report (urine ,usg, blood tests). so doctor just gave me OVARAL-L 21 days pill , to treat my hormonal therapy because my mensuration was irregular . after 1 month i felt uncontrolable lower pain around period days so i again went hospital to check what going wrong because i wasnt experience such a pain before entire period days . After examination through USG ,got result : BULKy B/L ovaries with vascularity and D/D Oophritis but normal rest of the abdominal and pelvic scan so doctor suggest me to check UTinfection but report got normal , he gave me some medicines (levoflox,Ornida ,voveran n pantop ). i felt well after taking medicine n he suggest me to continue OVARAL-L 21 days pill for 3-4 month i took it at exact time per day .i stop taking this pill on dashai time ,wait to concive for 2-3 months (mens was regular ,no other obstacles too) but couldnt succeed. AGAIN I went civil hospital 2076-10-8 (after 4 month waiting n stopping 21 days pill), i waan concieve any how ,so doctor suggests me to take USG TEST , at usg report :1.mild fatty changes liver 2.Enlarged B/L OVARIES with few tiny peripheral cysts within D/D PCOD ,Other hormonal causes of HPA axws should be rule out this was result of my usg report , To know the causes of the formation of cyst,i tested blood sugar ,thyroid ,FT3 FT4 and TSH, SERUM PROLACTIN, complete blood count ,all tests was good ,no negative reslut except my total leucocyte count rised :around 12500 out of range (4000-11000 cells/cumm) i also tested FSH and LH( FSH 5.01 N LH 6,82) Doctor said all r normal so there is nothing to worry about conception may be urs egg is not mature so again he gave me pill (Duoluton-L) which is more stonger than L-OVARAL ,I took it for 2 months n again waiting to concive but in these days neither i m pregnant nor i got mensuration my period date was 23 april so wht is the problem in my body n my reproductive part ,could u advice me for my better health . i shall be thankful with you doctor!! i cant go hospital due to lockdown so waiting urs positive respone .. have a good day n stay corona free !11
