Since it has been lockdown, i cant go to hospital and my grandfathers pain from hip to knee has gone extreme. He is 84 years old and is taking some medicine related to heart. What should we do inorder to minimize his pain?

Regarding this case ,as my expertise I feel if you had past x ray done of hip we could see the condition of his hip,it could be osteoarthritis,Rheumatoid arthritis what can have aggravated the condition .sometime if it is bone weakening ,low forces can even cause fracture of hip too.
