sharp dull pain alternatively on right and left iliac reason, pain radiate in the lower back that spread to hip buttocks and leg specially on left side. internal rotaion of left leg, thigh adductors is difficulty. Help it out

If you are having the serious pain please visit the hospital as it needs examination and investigation to find out what you are having. if occasionally and mild please elaborate when you have the pain more, on doing what ?
