Namaste madam, I am your patient rukmina nepal. My pregnency period has crossed 5 months and 8 days till today, it was all good but last 2 days ago i get stomac ach and i went to hospital it that course i missed my initial check up documant that i have done with you and it is not found yet so what can i do now ? Please suggest me any options as i got lost my document,
