Hello Dr and Admin, it would be helpful for me to move forward if you could explain a bit further about the online consultation process, means of consultation and limitations in consultation, if it is applied. I am not happy in the way of consultation I received. Thank you.

Hope you had your consultation and satisfied with our service. Though you have shared the phone number with the doctor we have the system of audio and video call through our app and you can even send the photos and other files if necessary. Please you can give feedback to our service Thanks!

Thanks for the swift acknowledgment. I have not received consultation yet (nearly 24 hours) although assigned Dr had acknowledged the case. I will wait for the consultation and see if I have to take further initiation.

Dear madam, Online consultation is the one for your supplementary health suggestion and it does not replace the point of care you get from the hospital. Here the specialist doctor answer your query first within 24 hours and then you can have chat for 7 days after one time payment. If the doctor is online he/she will respond as soon as possible but sometimes may have to wait for little bit. If both are online and feasible one can have audio as well as video call through the app itself and we don't promote sharing of the personal mobile number. For acute or emergency problems we suggest to visit the hospital nearby rather than online consultation. So far as per your consultation it will last for one week and doctor will answer your query after she get to it. Hope this solves your problem! Can give comments and feedback after your consultation is completed!
