I am suffering from diarrhea from yesterday, with abdominal pain, fatigue, loss of appetite, many things similar as symptoms of Crohn's disease

Chrons syndrome is the chronic disease due to autoimmunity in our body. If needs different tests and investigation to be sure of chrons disease. The above mentioned symptoms may be of other disease like acute gastroenteritis too. Pleas visit the hospital nearby for the workup and treatement
