Dear sir, from 1- 2 month i think i have the symptoms of GERD like 1. shortness of breath 2. esophagus pain 3. extreme gas in stomach 4. heart burn 5. difficulty in swollowing 6. stomach bloating/ burp. so that, kindly seek your consideration for the same. because my condition is becoming worst day by day. thank you
