Hello You can take both if your doctor had given you. It is not safe in absence of a doctor's guidance.

Depending upon your problems doctor might have started both. Or you are taking medication by self. Please make this clear. Either of them can be used. But possibly the combination might was prescribed to you for your bodily aches and pains. Please consult the specialist and clear your doubts.
