I am 31 years old female. I have been having clogged milk duct for 2 days in my right breast. It is painful while my baby feeds and now its painful on pressing there. I had similar case (little less area)with left breast a week ago which subsided after using hot water bag(electric) followed by hand pumping and feeding my baby. But with this right breast baby is reluctant to feed and its not getting better even after hot compress and hand pumping, it tends to pain more. my baby is 5.5 months and my milk supply has been sufficient till now for my baby. What would be remedy for this kind of problem as I out of Kathmandu, at Gulmi Now.
