My wife aged 45, applied henna on her hair on Saturday. But on Tuesday her forehead started to swell slightly and now she has a swollen face. She has taken two doses of Fexofenadine 112 (Allerfen 120) after consulting a local pharmacist. Yet the swelling hasn't subsided. Please advise.
