I am years male. When pooping and after pooping it hurts. And there is lump around anal canal when pooping. I have looked online and it shows the symptom of hemorrhoid. Do i need to consult doctor or it can be cured at home??
Eat plenty of green leafy vegetables; avoid meat and oily fat containing foods! Drink plenty of water!
I am currently in Gothatar, Kathmandu. What includes in high fibre diet and what should be restricted on eating??
Need to see and examine if its hemorroids or not in real! Where are you currently? Take plenty of water and high fibre diet and make stool soft for the time being! Visit any hospital after the situation is normal after some time!
