How can I get physician's letter with letterhead of hospital as I have to submit the letter in an organization? Do I have to perform full body check up to get the letter? Please guide me.

For what purpose you are needing it? What are the things you need to mention? You can visit any general hospital and ask for the letter. Major hospitals have such facilities. If you need the certification of good health, they may need you to perform certain lab tests!
