Hello sir, I'm 23 years old male. I have changed bowel movement since 4 month. Feeling of incomplete bowel movement after toilet. Frequent stomach growling and pain sometime.I have pain in different parts of body including muscles pain chest pain and ribs pain. And heart palpitations which can be feel from outside. I had my stool test where report was normal but showed mucous on stool. I had my blood test thyroid test hepatitis test everything thing was normal.I had chest xray and ecg too before my heart palpitations problem but everything was normal. Even had ultrasound sound but report came normal. I feel nervous, weak and unexplained worriness. I feel like my neck has become tight. I had all the medication that doctors prescribed me but the condition is still same. What can be my problem?? These bowel movement problems has made worried alot.
