hlo namaste...i have a 6 months old baby..1 months ago dekhi mero upper side of vagina ma pilo(abscess)aako chh..maila daily dettol water le clean garchu ani candid ointment ni use garako choo but..thik vako jasto huncha ani fari arko thau ma sara r niskencha so thik nai vako xena....can you suggest me
