How to control overthinking

Thank you for the question. Thinking, overthinking sometimes is our natural habit. It becomes abnormal when it affects our daily lifestyle. Try to do some other works, refreshment so that you have very less leisure time for overthinkng. Keep yourself busy. Do read novels, watch movies, internet or other things as per your hobby when you have time. If its bothering you much, please visit psychiatrist so that you can have proper counseling and medication.
