Dear Doctor, According to my ultra sound report. my right testis enlarged in size with a large lobulated heteroechoic lesion meeasuring 3.8*3.7*3.1 cm. increased vascularity noted. another small nodule measuring 7*3 mm noted in upper pole of right testis. is it the symptoms of possibility of testicular tumor(seminoma)

Dr is suggesting for surgery so is it necessary to get surgery?? HPE is preferd bt ultrasound and ct-scan report so is there any other options??
