I overthink. I am always restless, My leg is constantly shaking cause of restlessness. I guess I have ADHD and anxiety. Who shall I consult for the ADHD?

Possibly, this can be either a type of anxiety disorder depending upon the situation or generalized if it's pervasive. It can be due to associated drug use, thyroid disorders or neurological disorders. However, the possibility of ADHD cannot be denied. You can visit any psychiatry department in a medical college nearby. Please consultant with MD Psychiatry for appropriate drugs and non-pharmacological treatment. Regards
