Hi I'm 23 male, I have been suffering from Anxiety (Panic disorder) for last 7,8 years but it's now in control after taking medicines for 1 year and now I rarely get attacks in normal conditions. But few fearful things and while traveling with high speed in vehicle, in the flight, I get attacks frequently, what to do to be normal at all conditions? Can anxiety be recovered totally after taking full time medicines?

Yes, it can get normal with medicine and some behavioral changes! Keep the hope high and be positive! Are you in regular follow up with the doctor? Taking any medicines for it now?
