I have been suffering disease called OCD now a days. The same problem had occurred 8 years ago. I still remember the disease was cured by taking medicine named clonil, clonaz at that time which was prescribed by doctor. What should I do to get rid of it ?

Since this is second time that you are having problem with OCD I strongly advise you to consult psychiatrist at the earliest and start medication. Because the more the duration of illness, the more severe it becomes and chances of recurrence increases with each episode. And yes ERPT can be of help. You need to find a good Psychologist who can help you with this.
