My baby is 21 month old. Suffering from Diariha with Stomach pain from 2 days. in most time he play , currently i used Glucose water and home remedies. So is this serious case or not?

How many times there is passing of loose stool? Is the child looks sick, drinking water well or not? If the loose stool is several times and the child cant drink and looks sick need to be evaluated in person rather than online consultation and better to go to the hospital nearby and consult the doctor!
