I prefer not to put any oil in the affected area ....keep it dry and gently clean with soft cloth...need to see pic prior to giving meds .

Sweat ra dirt le ne neck ma paseko huna sakchha ...keep the area dry and clean ...may use simple baby powder 1st ..if its not relieved then will need medication ...
